Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Stays of one night require 24 hours notice of cancellation to avoid any cancellation fee (maximum charge 1 nights accommodation). Stays of three to seven days require 3 days notice of cancellation to avoid any cancellation fee (maximum charge 3 nights accommodation). Stays in excess of seven days require 7 days prior notice of cancellation to avoid any cancellation fee (maximum charge 7 nights accommodation). Cancellation Policy 1. A booking is cancelled by the guest five (5) working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays) prior to the date of arrival shall not be subject to any penalties. 2. A booking is cancelled by the guest or the booking is shortened to less than five (5) working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays) prior to the date of arrival, or should a reservation not be honored by the guest (a no-show), the guest will be charged for one night. 3. The cancellation policy may subject to change according to each serviced apartment’s cancellation policy, which shall be displayed on each serviced apartment page. Otherwise the above cancellation policy shall be applied. 4. Moveandstay reserves the rights to modify cancellation policy according to each serviced apartments policies and other factors that Moveand Stay does not control.
