Apartment Description

The apartment hotel is housed in a beautiful Georgian building that has been recently renovated with its original grandeur. The short term accommodation has all the facilities that can be found in a hotel. The serviced accommodation features fully furnished apartments with hard wood floors, floor heating and air conditioning and hot/cold water lines in the kitchen and bathrooms. Kitchens are not the old Georgian style pantries but modern/ open plan areas with ovens, microwaves, refrigerators, dishwashers and other accessories. Cutlery and crockery items are also provided. There are a total of nine apartments in the building with four two bedroom units, two one bedroom units and three studios. Two bedroom units provide the best of holiday apartments with king size beds in the master bedroom, spa baths and spacious living spaces. One bedroom apartments have queen or double beds with attached bathrooms. Studios generally have single beds but double beds are available on request. All apartments have high speed internet connections, direct phone lines, work desks and satellite TV programming. Laundries are available in one and two bedroom serviced apartments with washers, dryers, iron and ironing boards. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided daily, except on Sundays and public holidays.
