Cancellation Policy

The Visitors shall be entitled to cancel the agreement prior to the commencement date by written notice sent to Phoenix House subject to the following cancellation charges: (i) if the written notice is received less than 3 weeks from the commencement of the licence period the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total payment due under the agreement up to a maximum of 3 weeks. (ii) If the written notice is received between 3 to 4 weeks from the commencement of the licence period the cancellation charge shall be 75% of the total payment due under the agreement up to a maximum of 3 weeks.
