The Visitors shall be entitled to cancel the agreement prior to the commencement date by written notice sent to Cheval Apartments, 13 Cheval Place, Knightsbridge, London SW7 1EW subject to the following cancellation charges: (i) if the written notice is received less than 7 weeks from the commencement of the licence period the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total payment due under the agreement up to a maximum of 4 weeks. (ii) If the written notice is received between 7 to 8 weeks from the commencement of the licence period the cancellation charge shall be 75% of the total payment due under the agreement up to a maximum of 4 weeks.
