Payment and Cancelations Credit card transactions will be liable for an extra 2% charge. Receipts / Invoices will be provided for each transaction as required. For reservations of less than one month: 1. Once a reservation is agreed, a prepayment (via a telephone transaction) of the first weeks rent is payable by credit card. 2. Prior to subsequent weekly occupation, the weekly payment should be received via an agreed payment method at least two days prior to the commencement of the forthcoming week. 3. A full refund (minus an administration fee of £20) will be provided if a cancellation is received 48 hours (or sooner) prior to the official check-in time of 01.00 pm (13.00 hrs) UK time. A charge of £100 (plus an administration fee of £20) will be applied for cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to the official check-in time, and the full weekly charge will be applied if no cancellation is received and the Hirer does not turn up. 4. If the Hirer decides to terminate the agreement during the term, then no refund for a part paid week will apply. For reservations of one month or more : 1. Once a reservation is agreed, a prepayment (via a telephone transaction) of one months rent is payable by credit card at the time of the confirmed reservation. 2. Prior to subsequent monthly occupation, the monthly payment should be received via an agreed payment method at least one week prior to the commencement of the forthcoming month. 3. A refund (minus an administration fee of £20) will be provided if a cancellation is received one week (or sooner) prior to the commencement of the term. A charge of £250 will be applied for cancellations received later than this, and a full weekly charge will be applied if no cancellation is received and the Hirer does not turn up. 4. If the Hirer decides to terminate the agreement during the agreed term then the Hirer will be liable to pay the full undiscounted weekly rate for the occupation period and may be charged a penalty (one weeks undiscounted rent) if no reasonable notice period is given. All such charges will depend on the circumstances for the termination.
