Kitchens are totally furnished with electronic cooking appliances, ovens and refrigerators; dishwashers are also available. A full-fledge dining room with modern dining table and chairs offers the perfect place to enjoy family meals and host dinner parties. The living room has a flat screen TV with satellite programming; DVD/CD players are also available. High speed internet access, direct phone lines, fax/modem connections and work desks are available in the holiday apartments. Fresh bedding is provided on weekdays along with the cleaning service. Kitchen supplies and crockery is also available on request.

2. A booking is cancelled by the guest or the booking is shortened to less than five (5) working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays) prior to the date of arrival, or should a reservation not be honored by the guest (a no-show), the guest will be charged for one night.

3. The cancellation policy may subject to change according to each serviced apartment’s cancellation policy, which shall be displayed on each serviced apartment page. Otherwise the above cancellation policy shall be applied.
