A traditional Victorian home, this property has been refurbished in a contemporary style to provide a light and spacious living space. Restoring some of the original features, whilst combining the old with the new - a bespoke barrel vaulted glass roof at the back of the property provides a truly unique living experience. Arranged over two floors, accommodation briefly comprises.
Ground Floor: The first floor provides a spacious and flexible living space with solid maple flooring throughout. The living space comprises of a large lounge with separate dining area which leads to the fully equipped kitchen (with all appliances, including dishwasher & washer/dryer). Beyond this is a separate glass fronted room which can be setup as a study/playroom/sunroom according to your individual requirements. French doors lead onto the small enclosed deck at the rear of the property.
First Floor: This floor comprises, bathroom with separate power shower and corner bath. To the front of the property is the light and airy master bedroom with double bed, wardrobes and dressing area and telephone. To the rear of the property is the guest bedroom with wardrobe, dressing area and double sofa bed. This room can also be configured to take a cot/children bed.
Gardens: Number Sixteen benefits from a small garden to the front of the property, whilst at the rear there is a small enclosed deck area leading onto the lawned garden beyond
1. A booking is cancelled by the guest five (5) working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays) prior to the date of arrival shall not be subject to any penalties.
2. A booking is cancelled by the guest or the booking is shortened to less than five (5) working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays) prior to the date of arrival, or should a reservation not be honored by the guest (a no-show), the guest will be charged for one night.
3. The cancellation policy may subject to change according to each serviced apartment’s cancellation policy, which shall be displayed on each serviced apartment page. Otherwise the above cancellation policy shall be applied.
