The apartment hotel is housed in a refurbished and renovated building – seven stories tall and with old d?cor blended with contemporary accessories. The apartments for rent are available in two bedroom denomination and provide a comfortable stay right in the heart of Manchester. The serviced apartments are only minutes away from restaurants, pubs, bars and discos. Each of the executive serviced apartments has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. A spacious lounge with dining area provides comfortable sofa beds, chairs and a dining table. Satellite TV with DVD players and CD stereos will keep the guests entertained. High speed internet access and direct phone lines are available in the holiday apartments. There is a double bed in the master bedrooms and two single beds in the second bedroom. Safe boxes, digital alarm clocks and spacious wardrobes are available in the bedrooms. Attached bathrooms have modern sanitary fittings and other accessories. Hair dryers, power showers and fresh supplies of towels are available; towels are changed daily except on weekends. Additional supplies of crockery, stationery and other items are also available.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows: A credit card required to secure your reservation at My-Places 1) Outside 15 days, no cancellation charges will apply if booking has not been processed. However, if it as then 17.5% of total bookings will be charged to cover administration and handling charges. As a goodwill gesture, 50% of your total charges will be deducted from your next booking with us. 2) Cancellation between 14 and 4 days notice = a charge of 75% of total booking 3) Cancellation between 3 and 0 days notice = a charge of 100% of total booking 4) Where the reservation is made at any time during the two days prior to the arrival date, the reservation will be considered as final and non-refundable. 5) Unless otherwise specified, payment will be taken within seven days prior to the client taking up occupancy of the property.
