The short term accommodation also offers town houses that offer a double story house with maple wood floors and other accessories that have been tastefully blended with contemporary furniture, kitchen items and bathroom amenities. Kitchens are totally furnished with electronic cooking appliances, ovens and refrigerators; dishwashers are also available. A full-fledge dining room with modern dining table and chairs offers the perfect place to enjoy family meals and host dinner parties. The living room has a flat screen TV with satellite programming; DVD/CD players are also available. High speed internet access, direct phone lines, fax/modem connections and work desks are available in the holiday apartments. Fresh bedding is provided on weekdays along with the cleaning service. Kitchen supplies and crockery is also available on request.

Offering flexibility for the single visitor, all serviced studio apartments have a separate bathroom, kitchen and private hallway, with the main living area doubling as a sleeping area. Great care has been taken over the design of the individual studio apartments to maximize space and ease of living.

All studio apartments are provided as standard with bed linen and towels, ironing board and iron, hairdryer, radio alarm, welcome pack and weekly cleaning and linen service. All apartments have individually controlled central heating for your comfort.

1. A booking is cancelled by the guest five (5) working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays) prior to the date of arrival shall not be subject to any penalties.

2. A booking is cancelled by the guest or the booking is shortened to less than five (5) working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays) prior to the date of arrival, or should a reservation not be honored by the guest (a no-show), the guest will be charged for one night.

3. The cancellation policy may subject to change according to each serviced apartment’s cancellation policy, which shall be displayed on each serviced apartment page. Otherwise the above cancellation policy shall be applied.
